The mage causes machinery and working parts to gum up with a resin-like substance, making operation sometimes nearly impossible. The target must be no bigger in size than a 5-foot square. The clogging slime can be removed at will, or with a Nullify Magic. The complexity of the target is dependent on the spell level.
