You have ties to a particular organization, be it lawful or no, and that organization looks favorably on you. The power of the organization determines the point value of this Trump. A minor merchant house in your hometown or a small bandit group might be one point, a thieves' guild or the law enforcement in a sizable city might be three points and the Industrialist Union in a capital city or Black Storm would be five points.
