The mage calls upon the spirit of the nearby water to do his/her bidding. The mage can control the shape and movement of the water, and so may shape the water into any form desired. The amount of water controlled is determined by the spell’s level. Popular uses for the spell include moving water between two containers, pulling the water from a drowning friend's lungs, and capsizing boats.
