The ice mage, through sheer force of will and presence, chooses a spot within range, and it instantly drops in temperature to below freezing. Any water in the area of effect is instantly frozen solid (as are similar liquids). The freeze covers an area of 20 feet per school rank. Any creature within this area must save against the spell damage.
