Half-light is the foremost city in the region of Te Nebra.

Citizens

Humans... 35% Dolons... 30% Boggans... 15% Sidhe... 10% Zjenithi... 5% Others... 5%

Humans make up the majority of Half-light, owing to the fact that human life is so fragile. Who else to rule a city enamored with death? Perhaps the Dolons, who nearly outnumber the humans... nearly. The humans and Dolons get on best of all, with some Dolons taking the place of Boggans with respect to the humans.

The Sidhe of Half-light are a rare breed. These are those whose minds have become warped (or seen the truth, depending on your personal philosophy) by Entropism and death. These Sidhe see themselves as the embodiment of the natural world and therefore surrender themselves to the power of death, unlike their brethren.

The Boggans maintain an uneasy truce with the Dolons, but don't care much for their company.

Zjenithi traders are much desired in Half-light because of the Dolons' need for reliable Shells. Some Zjenithi have made permanent residence here to further their unusual business.

Government

Half-light is ruled by the Prince, currently Prince Mal VI. Under his rule, Dolons and other races live side by side.

Military

While Half-light does not boast a particularly large military, it possesses one of the most dangerous and proficient. High ranking officials carry powerful blades called Doomblades which are capable of destruction on a horrific scale. The Tenebran steel used by Half-light soldiers ensures they can survive and deal out the most lethal of blows.

Trade

Most of Half-light trade is confined to two areas: weaponry and armory. The Tenebran steel produced in Half-light is some of the best in the world, while the Zjenithi and Dolons carry on an interesting trade in Zjenithi Shells: the carapace armor of dead "blooded" Zjenithi.

Magic

Magic is embraced and respected in Half-light.
