The poor soul targeted by this spell acts as if in the violent throes of dysentery. The world starts to spin and today's lunch wants to present itself. Depending on the intensity of the spell level, the target is more and more useless in battle. This is essentially the same spell as Brown Note; the mage may learn the spell once and use ranks in either Status or Sound, whichever is higher. Sicken is nullified by Cure.

- Nauseated, −4 to all rolls, −2 Action Points
- Vomiting Sporadically, −6 to all rolls, −3 Action Points
- Vomiting Profusely, −8 to all rolls, −4 Action Points
- Fetal Position. −10 to all rolls, Target falls prone and can take no aggressive actions.
