Awaken Tree

This rule just plain sucks. It needs a complete overhaul in order to be useful. We don't want to deprecate it, so get cracking on a revision, slacker!

The mage calls upon the spirit of verdance to temporarily transform a tree into an enraged Treant. (See the Monsters chapter for full information on the various types of Treants). The size of tree affected and transformed is dependent on the Intensity.

Intensity Effects

1. Transform a sapling into a Treanting
2. Transform a tree a foot or two in diameter into a Young Treant
3. Transform a tree five feet in diameter into an Adolescent Treant
4. Transform a tree ten feet in diameter into an Adult Treant
5. Transform a tree fifteen feet in diameter into an Elder Treant
