Insight is essentially an inherent mix of wisdom, perception, experience, foresight, and empathy. Where Intellect is brain smarts, Insight is street smarts.

Women are rumored to possess this in droves. Insight helps a character understand what others are feeling, call on their vast stores of knowledge, and trust their gut. During a game, this could help with determining another's true intentions. Insight is also used to apply practical experience, such as from an occupation.

A character with a poor Insight score is gullible, inexperienced, and makes poor decisions. A character with a good Insight score is wise, knows when others are lying, and is always the first place others go for advice.

Among Insightful people are numbered insurance investigators, bartenders, psychologists, a few good men, and your mom.
