Having only one functioning eye throws your depth perception all off. Thus you take a -4 penalty on missile combat. You take a -2 penalty on rolls based on perception (Spot, Estimation of distances, etc.), and your reaction is reduced by 2.

Incompatible with

  • Unremarkable unless the injury is not obvious (i.e. the eye is intact, or a quality glass replacement is used)
  • Blind
