If someone loses control of themselves, they usually end up in trouble. Self Control may be called on when a character is taunted, having his/her mind controlled, is face to face with their father’s murderer, or would like to set themselves on fire.

Popular self control gurus are Tibetan Monks, anyone who walks on hot coals for fun, apathetics, and marital artists.
