Mental Fault
Expoint Bonus:
When something catches you off-guard, you just stand there slack-jawed, gawking. You aren't necessarily slow on the take or slow on the draw, but you are slow to recover your faculties. Whenever you are caught wide-eyed, you remain that way twice as long (two rounds).
