For whatever reason, you stick out in a group, and draw the eye of every sniper around. Ranged attackers choosing targets at random will always notice you first, and you take a -2 penalty to your Defense Roll. You also receive a -2 penalty to Hide. You find it nearly impossible to act inconspicuous, and those trying to track you by your description gain a +2 bonus ("Oh, yeah, I remember that strange-looking guy... he rode off to north yesterday morning").
