Aesher is a man in his fifties who has not weathered well. There are still vestiges of the proud, handsome young man he once was, but they are underneath a heavy layer of woe and worry.

Aesher drinks more than is healthy for him or any man. His regular abuse makes him either belligerent, incoherent, or just plain intolerable, depending on mood.
Background
Aesher was one of the original Wardens of the Wall. After the downfall of Marn, Aesher was betrayed by his surviving companions and left drugged and naked in a field. Kharza DelArmgo left a note for Aesher indicating that Aesher's companions had been abducted and were being held for ransom by some of Marn's subordinates. The
