This is a listing of notable monsters and adversarial characters unique to the Otherworld setting.
- Knight of Cydonya
- One of the most elite martial military units in all of Gaeis, the Knights of Cydonya are the personal agents of the Titan-Queen.
- Watchman of Cydonya
- These soldiers make up the acting police-force of Cydonya,
- Thorn of Kadwal
- The policing force of the city behind The Wall. Thorns are as prickly as their name denotes.
- Knight of the Rose
- A knight sworn to the service of Edward Stone the Defiant, King of Kadwal.
- Plug Imp
- Small, mechanical constructs which carry a large store of mana which can be harnessed, if only they can be caught...
- Spirenese Vulture
- A member of the aerial cavalry of the city of Spire, famous for its fantastic flying beasts.
- Librarian of Borok
- The greatest sages the Otherworld has ever known, the elephant-headed Librarians carry centuries of knowledge and forgotten powers.
- Fang of the Iron Serpent
- The Order of the Iron Serpent is dedicated to wrapping the world in the coils of industry, and the Fangs are the covert agents and spies the Iron Serpent uses to meet objectives which diplomacy and intimidation will not assure.
- Red Sky Representative
- A typical representative from the Red Sky Trading Company: the largest and fastest growing business in Gaeis.
- Dalmiren Cultist
- Fanatic believers in the power of Dalmiren, a supposed immortal who attempts even now to bring about the end of the world.
- Grey Sister
- The Grey Sisters are a sisterhood devoted to caring for, preparing, and burying the dead.
- Illuminari Goldcloak
- A Protector of the land of Solon, Emancipator of Souls, these knights are regarded by most other folk as some of the most obnoxious crusaders ever known.
- Afflicted
- One of the Bosemyans so afflicted with the strange disease which haunts that land, turning regular folk into large, shaggy beasts.
- Eerie
- A very small flying creature, with a somewhat adorable facade masking a vicious nature.
