This spell establishes a dead zone for portation magic. Creatures cannot teleport into, out of, or within the affected area. If cast on a creature, the creature is unable to teleport regardless of location for the duration of the spell. If cast on an object, all attempts to teleport with the object in possession fail. The level effects below are for casting on an area. If casting on a creature or object, The level at which Portation Ward is cast is effective against portations of the same level or lower.
