Boiled, blasted, and hardened by desert winds, stinging sand, and the harsh rays of the sun, no race is as brutal as the Zjenithi. Constructing their crude, yet strong and enormous empires from dung, spittle and sand, Zjenithi live out their lives in the desert playing the Ages old game of political treachery.

The Zjenithi long ago discovered some secret in their blood where the Gifts of Gaeis were most prevalent and have since become undisputed masters in crafting a caste system based on these unique traits. The insect-like qualities they are endowed with are highly revered and are used as a marking of the rigid classes.

  • Tough Cookies: Zjenithi are unaffected by desert conditions (sand, heat, lack of water)
  • Spittle: The Zjenithi’s saliva is naturally sticky and will harden after leaving the mouth and being exposed to air. The spittle can slow movement, cause asphyxiation, or temporarily blind. A Zjenithi must make a ranged attack: if the defender’s dodge roll fails, he or she is covered by the sticky saliva. Only upon succeeding an Escape check equal to a DL of the Zjenithi’s attack roll can it be pried off.
  • Zjenithi Flame: The Zjenithi can produce a palm of flame at will that can be used to start fires or burn others, but will not harm the Zjenithi’s palm.
