Prince Morficio is a warrior mage and third son of the House of Thanortall in Cydonya.
Appearance
Morficio is known as the Minotaur of Cydonya. While his particular Gift is one of the most common in the world, there aren’t many Gifted in Cydonya. He stands extremely tall and large for a human, bordering nearly seven feet tall with the head and horns of a bull. Naturally, his septum is pierced with a stout golden ring. He dresses simply, in the colors of his house, and often walks bare-chested and adorned with a chain, marking him as a warrior-mage of Cydonya.
Personality
Morficio may be large and intimidating, perhaps grim and cruel at times, but he isn’t without a sense of humor. He is often sarcastic and possesses the kind of logic and presence only a public official or royalty could have.
Background
Prince Morficio is the third son of Lord Brune and Lady Glynne Thanortall. He was born in Cydonya 27 years ago. Just after puberty, Morphicio started to develop excruciating migraines which incapacitated him for days. His parents feared for the worst, and called upon Lady Donya for help. She secured the Lord and Lady a House Mage to help their son through his troubles. It was concluded shortly thereafter that Morficio was Gifted. After weeks of pain, Morficio transformed, his face growing into that of a brown bull, and sprouted small horns which would grow in time to be useful weapons. His family received great honors from Lady Donya for having a Gifted son(though some say--quietly--that the Titan-Queen is jealous of the Gifted). Under the House Mage, Morficio started learning the art of Magic until he was of age to apply to a Mage School. After completing his training and returning to House Thanortall he has been called upon by Lady Donya for several favors and many dangerous tasks and has risen to each one.
