Does this apply just to healing damage and repairing mechanical organs, and regaining HP via vitality? In other words, the bonus does not apply to curing diseases, shaking off diseases, operating or dismantling machinery, or resisting the elements. I think that's what you mean here, but can we be more explicit?
I think the points value is a tinge too low. Maybe 5?
