The mage uses the power of fire to amplify the heat of an object. Direct contact with the object exposes a creature to the damage listed (which can be reduced by Endurance, Armor, and Magic Defense). The size of the object is dependent on the spell level.
Intensity Effects
- Something the size of a biscuit gives off steam. Great for heating up dinner.
- Something the size of a loaf of bread simmers. 5 damage.
- Something the size of a human body becomes hot enough for bad burns. 10 damage.
- Something 100 cubic feet in volume boils. 15 damage.
- An immense object, like a bridge, or the deck of a boat becomes red hot. 20 damage.
