This rule just plain sucks. It needs a complete overhaul in order to be useful. We don't want to deprecate it, so get cracking on a revision, slacker! |

The mage barrages an unwitting target’s mind with horrid visions, causing the victim to go temporarily insane. The target is considered Confused and makes no sense in conversation. The victim also takes a penalty equal to spell level on all actions as they struggle to make sense of hallucinations and reality.
