Same points?
Why the change to each rank being 4 points? The Expoints for Special Powers should increase for each rank. Also, I suggest we remove the bonus for Athletics, because you're already getting a bonus to Muscle.
I agree with taking Athletics out. If I remember correctly, the points values seemed out of scale with the benefits of the SP. I agree that the cost of each level should go up, but I could not figure out a better scale. Spellcasting, Tough as Nails, and some others looked fine, but I'm on the fence with how I feel about Damage Absorption. Why not just buy more health?
