Calling upon the ancient Alchemical functions of water, the mage transforms one liquid into another. Whether water into wine, beer into blood, flammable solvents into inflammable orange juice or just Italian into oil and vinegar, the mage has access to any non-magical liquid (aka not potions) he/she desires. The amount of liquid transformed is dependent on spell level.
