You suffer from an unfortunate inability to communicate smoothly. While far from mute, you may have a lisp, a stuttering problem, or broken, choppy speech. For three points, you have serious communication problems (If your speech is role-played effectively, people to whom you speak must make Discern checks at a Difficulty of 15 to understand you).
