While not seriously Mentally Ill, you are slightly undone, just a little crazy. Illogical, whimsical, and weird things might seem perfectly rational to you, and vice-versa. Even while attempting to hold down small talk, your slight dementia becomes noticeable, slightly skewing all your interaction involving Negotiate, Seduce, and Disguise, usually a −1 (GM's discretion on penalties depending on the situation and parties involved – while most will react negatively, some will find the character funny or refreshing).
