- A gulp of water. The target enters into a coughing fit for a round, and may do nothing but defend themselves.
- A glass of water. The target enters into a coughing fit for two rounds and may only defend. Target takes 10 damage.
- A gallon of water. Target has fit for three rounds, may only defend and takes 20 damage.
- The target feels as if they had been held underwater with no air. They have a coughing fit every round the mage spends an additional mana point. They must pass a Self-Control check or pass out. Takes 30 points of damage.
