The mage can either grant icy properties to an existing weapon, or reach into a mass of ice and snow to retrieve a weapon of his or her choosing (any size). The weapon deals cold damage in addition to the normal Weapon Damage Rating. Note that the weapon’s use is not limited to the mage that creates it.
Intensity Effects
- It stings a little (+1 cold damage)
- Man, that’s cold! (+2 cold damage)
- Your breath steams in its presence (+4 cold damage)
- If the sword doesn’t take the hand, frostbite might (+7 cold damage)
- A searing burn from the coldest winter (+11 cold damage)
