The mage approaches and sends a verbal message along a body of water to a recipient. As long as the message travels along a unified stream of water, it can go anywhere. If the body of water at any time dries up or is somehow interrupted, the message is lost. The length of the message, the speed with which it reaches its destination, and the distance that can be covered, all depend on the roll.
Intensity Effects
- One word, one mile, arrives immediately, or a sentence, arrives later the same day.
- One sentence, neighboring town/city, arrives five minutes later.
- A paragraph, same kingdom, arrives five minutes later.
- A short speech, on the same continent, arrives immediate.
- A long speech, immediate, no distance restriction and message can travel to water taken from some source (i.e. the water in the wine goblet of the king)
