The mage becomes a skilled linguist, able to converse or read languages which he or she has never seen or heard before. The mage’s translation capabilities are dependent on the spell level.
Intensity Effects
- The mage doesn’t get word jokes, but gets the gist of a conversation
- The mage can understand any verbal dialect of a language
- As level two, but the mage has the reading level of a child
- As level three, but can read perfectly, and speak with a foreigner’s accent
- As level four, but the mage can also speak fluently
