This rule just plain sucks. It needs a complete overhaul in order to be useful. We don't want to deprecate it, so get cracking on a revision, slacker! |

It's said that cloudy days can often dampen moods but the Darkcloud spell can turn them downright hostile. When cast the spell is centered on one target who carries gray skies and a general feeling of gloom. Anyone within sight of the person feels frustrated, angry, and downtrodden. They are all affected as per spell level.
Intensity Effects
- Anyone within sight takes −1 penalty to social rolls
- −3 to social rolls
- −5 to social rolls
- −7 to social rolls
- Anyone who can see the person is outwardly hostile to them including allies.
