The earth mage summons and draws a sum of rock or mud up around a creature, trapping it in solid stone. This stone can only be removed magically. The amount of the creature encased depends on the spell level.
Intensity Effects
- The target's feet are encased, rendering the creature stationary, but otherwise fully mobile.
- The target's legs are encased, preventing the target from ducking more than bending at the waist.
- The target is encased up to the shoulders, preventing arm movement or turning around.
- The target is completely encased in stone, and is now subject to suffocation. A creature can hold its breath for a number of minutes equal to its endurance score.
- The target is instantly placed into suspended animation
