The mage instructs the spirit of lightning to drain all of the electrical energy in an area. This causes electrical devices to stop working and causes electrical spells to instantly fizzle out. No other electrical spells can be cast for the spell's duration as waves of dampening energy are emitted from the caster. The area of effect is dependent on Intensity.
