Relations

Many of the other nations regard Te Nebra with a good deal of caution, and with good reason. No other nation has studied death so extensively. And from study, Tenebrans have become extremely adept at dealing it out. There is even a nursery rhyme called "Old Man Ten" written to parody their practices which is also played in taverns to lighten the mood.
