Using this spell, the mage can either augment an existing weapon with electrical properties, or conjure a magical lightning sword from thin air. In the case of conjured weapons, the mage or anyone to whom the mage gives the weapon uses their ranks in the Electricity School instead of the weapon type for attack rolls. The Hurt score of the weapon is dependent on the Intensity. In the case of augmented weapons, the Hurt score listed below is a bonus on top of the weapon's existing Hurt score. In the case of ranged projectile weapons, the ammunition is affected and receives the bonus to damage.

- It stings a little (+2 electricity damage)
- A solid shock (+4 electricity damage)
- Your hair stands on end in its presence (+6 electricity damage)
- Turns a whip into a hot wire! (+8 electricity damage)
- Your foe is an outlet for your aggression (+10 electricity damage)
