The mage calls upon the spirit of earth to turn his or her skin into hardened rock. While in this state, the mage gains immunity to earth-based damage, as well as an armor bonus to his or her Guard Roll dependent on the Intensity. The mage also deals an additional point of Hurt per level of Intensity to any hand-to-hand attacks. The mage's skin is unaffected by any spell that manipulates earth or crystal, however, air-based spells deal double damage.
Intensity Effects
- The mage's skin is adorned with small pebbles. +2 armor, +1 Hurt
- Small pebbles adorn the mage's skin and the skin itself becomes tougher. +4 armor, +2 Hurt
- The mage's skin is blanketed in tough rock. +6 armor, +3 Hurt
- Tiny specks of diamond adorn the mage's skin. +8 armor, +4 Hurt
- The mage sparkles like a prism, for his or her skin is made entirely of crystal and diamond. +10 armor, +5 Hurt
