Instruments

Okay, I don't care how high your ranks in Perform are, you shouldn't be able to play a piano as well as you can act, or play a violin as well as you can blow into an ocarina. Obviously, ranks in Occupation can figure in here, but I was toying with the idea of imposing a strict penalty on the Perform check (−4? −8?) if you don't have a relevant Occupation in playing an instrument. ―Double Compile 12:07, 11 February 2012 (EST)
