The mage calls upon a spirit of sound and of death – the Banshee. In legends, the Banshee is a female spirit that appears at time of death, wailing horribly. The mage lets out a blood-chilling wail that pierces the souls of those who hear it. Anyone within the area covered by the spell's distance must save against this spell or suffer its terrible effects. The effects noted below stack, so a Level 3 spell would have the effects of 1 and 2. Effects last an hour per school rank.
