For 3 points, you take a −3 to Disguise, and a −3 to Seduce, yet you get a +3 bonus to Intimidate. Typical 3 point deformities would include a clawed hand, a hunchback, backwards kneecaps, or a misshapen head.

For 5 points, you take a −5 to Disguise, and a −5 to Seduce, yet you get a +5 bonus to Intimidate. Typical 5 point deformities would include leprosy or the physique of Ephialtes from Frank Miller's 300.
