The mage's body (and at higher levels his or her equipment) turns into ectoplasm, a sort of psychic goo. While in ectoplasmic form, the mage can pass through tiny holes and crevices, squeeze through tight iron bars, and drip through plumbing. The mage can not fit inside of enclosed objects that are smaller than his or her total volume. (For instance, a mage cannot fit him or herself entirely into a teapot, even though he or she could squeeze through the spout. While the mage's entire body is ectoplasmic, he or she no longer suffers the effects of crushing or impact damage. The potency of the spell is dependent on the level.

1. On one arm, from the elbow down
2. Both arms turn to slime
3. The mage's entire body becomes goop
4. The mage and his equipment, but no magic items turn to slime
5. The mage, his equipment, and all magic items all become formless goo
