Intensity Effects
- Mug of water begins to simmer/chill. Perfect for tea.
- Large puddle begins to ice over/steam.
- Ten Gallons of water turns to ice/becomes hot enough to cause bad burns. 5 damage.
- Room full of water slowly begins to boil or goes polar cold. Rubber melts, glass shatters, dissolvable materials dissipate. 10 damage to targets and objects.
- Whole lake is instantly frozen or starts to boil and begins to spread cold to surrounding area. 20 hot/cold damage for anyone in full contact with the water/round. Glass/brittle objects take 20 damage. Spend a mana every turn thereafter to maintain effects.
