This rule simply needs tweaking. It may be almost perfect, or it may need a bit of work. It's half-way in between sexy and in need of overhaul. Leave any ideas on the Talk page, please! |

The targets become skilled linguists in a particular written and/or spoken language. The targets will be able to converse in or read languages which they have never seen or heard before. The number of creatures affected is based on the Spell Level.
