Appearance
Filia is old. No, scratch that. Filia is ancient. It may be true that when Jaeis was formed, Filia was there to ask if it needed any help. Filia walks with a hunched back, and her wrinkly face only adds lines upon lines of expression to her unnerving chuckles and toothless smiles. She hacks and wheezes like a woman on her deathbed, but she seems to hang on to life with a vengeance. She dresses in dirty robes and rags of brown and smells awful.
Personality
Filia enjoys the jokes her age allows her. One of her favorites is to agree to grant a gift of great value upon a man if he will consent to kiss her. When he does and asks for his gift, Filia whoops in delight and informs him that there is no greater gift in the world than an attractive woman's kiss.
In her coven Filia fills the role of exacting revenge upon the coven's enemies. She is a master of hexes and curses. While it may be assumed that her age and ability elevate her to a position of leadership, this is unfounded: the Blue Wood Coven has no leader. All are women of the same footing, even Mere. Those who treat any of the coven with disrespect are subject to the retaliation of them all: they are one.
Background
No one knows the truth of the story behind the Blue Wood coven, but several theories exist, including one which says that the witches are all the same woman, another which asserts that they are immortal, a third which assumes they are all related, and many, many others.
