While no naturally-produced sound wave can wreak havoc on the human bowels, surely a magically-produced sound can. The Brown Note spell directs a magical subsonic wave at a target and—through magic resonance—relieves him of his bowel control. At higher levels, the target can do little more than squat down and suffer.
