The mage harnesses the power of ice from other sources and turns it into life energy. Instead of taking damage from cold contact, the mage turns some or all of it into Health Points gained back. The amount healed is dependent on the spell level.

- Heal half of damage
- Heal 75% of damage
- All cold damage is gained as HP
