Pylon.svg This rule simply needs tweaking. It may be almost perfect, or it may need a bit of work. It's half-way in between sexy and in need of overhaul. Leave any ideas on the Talk page, please!

The mage wills water to channel itself around. The Dig spell is capable of transposing great amounts of water between two locations, which could be useful for diverting a rising river, filling a pool or moat, save or incite a sinking ship, or wash people off a bridge. The mage must be within 10 feet of the water he or she wants to move. The amount of water moved is dependent on the Intensity, and the water can be moved up to 15 feet away per school rank. Note that the water you move doesn't vanish, it needs a place to relocate.

Intensity Effects

  1. Sink a canoe (20 cu. ft./150 gallons)
  2. Fill up that new, big fish tank (100 cu. ft./750 gallons)
  3. Sink a small sail boat (500 cu. ft./3,750 gallons)
  4. Fill up a typical backyard swimming pool (2,500 cu. ft., about the volume of a 40 foot shipping container)
  5. Drain a small lake (12,500 cu. ft./100,000 gallons)
