The ice mage summons and draws a sum of snow up around a creature, trapping it in solid ice. The ice can be removed naturally, with a source of heat, but the ice stays solid if contained in a cold environment. The amount of the creature encased depends on the Intensity.

Intensity Effects

  1. The target's feet are encased, rendering the creature stationary, but otherwise fully mobile.
  2. The target's legs are encased, preventing the target from ducking more than bending at the waist.
  3. The target is encased up to the shoulders, preventing arm movement or turning around.
  4. The target is completely encased in ice, and is now subject to suffocation. A creature can hold its breath for a number of minutes equal to its endurance score.
  5. The target is instantly placed into suspended animation, this ice can only be melted magically.
