Countering this, you enjoy a +4 bonus while dealing Socially with other children. Your lack of experience in the world means that you've had less time to develop your skills: you receive XX less points to spend on skills at character creation. And due to the fact that you're not yet fully grown, your maximum allowed points in Muscle and Endurance is 7.
