For 1 point, you take a −1 to Disgise, and a −1 to Seduce, yet you get a +1 bonus to Intimidate. Typical 1 point deformities would include an extra finger on your right hand, a horrifying scar, or a harelip.

For 2 points, you take a −2 to Disguise, and a −2 to Seduce, yet you get a +2 bonus to Intimidate. Typical 2 point deformities would include a clawed hand, a hunchback, backwards kneecaps, the visage of the Phantom of the Opera, or a misshapen head.

For 3 points, you take a −3 to Disguise, and a −3 to Seduce, yet you get a +3 bonus to Intimidate. Typical 3 point deformities would include leprosy, mutated, writhing tentacles sprouting from your body, or the physique of the Elephant Man.
