You are missing one arm. The GM is the arbiter of any penalties this might entail, but most likely you will take massive penalties to Climb, Hold, Disable, Disguise, and Gymnastics. You will also have a terrible time carrying comrades, large loads, etc.
Incompatible with
- Unremarkable (unless a realistic replacement is worn)
- Unarmed
