Your massive strength gives way to a powerful offensive maneuver; the ability to pick up your foes and slam them to the ground. While in an opposed Hold with an enemy, you can opt to make a hand-to-hand check as if you were going to deal crushing damage. If you win the roll, you can lift your foe and smash them downward (the ground or your knee, your choice!) Your foe, who cannot use Agility or Dodge in the Defense Roll (as per being Held), takes appropriate damage and at the end of the maneuver and is considered tripped on the ground.
