The mage appears to blow away as snow flakes in the wind and materialize at the destination in a similar fashion. The amount of time it takes to travel is instantaneous, however, the distance the spell can cover is dependent on the spell level. At low levels, this spell is useful to move around battlefields, and at high levels for overland movement.
